For those serving in ministries and nonprofits, this struggle is tricky for additional reasons. It is often difficult to find affordable help scaling your leadership. In addition, sacrificing your growth in order to prioritize the needs of others is often rewarded—even considered noble. It is a slippery slope.
Leaders get stuck and often suffer silently out of fear that they will be penalized for their gaps. In the most extreme cases, people wait until their situations are unbearable before asking for help out of fear that they will lose their jobs if others know what is really going on. Do you relate?

We Offer
We serve on staff with FamilyLife, a division of Cru, as executive coaches and chaplains. Our passion is helping leaders experience God’s love and pursue transformation.
The first step is to schedule a discovery call to share your needs. If you decide to move forward, we will partner together to create a growth plan that aligns with your needs, values, and goals.
We Gather
Located on five peaceful acres near Orlando, Florida, we find great joy in hosting leaders for meals, coaching, and spiritual direction.
Need extended time? We also customize strategic offsite retreats for individuals, couples, and teams. In addition, we host a small, monthly guided silent retreat.
